sportbude is a studio in Neuss, just across the river from Düsseldorf, on Moselstraße. Its week leans toward the evening, with most classes starting between 6:30pm and 7:15pm. The studio brings together strength work, core and pelvic floor training, and gentler practices such as yin and meditation, so the same space can serve a hard session or a quiet one.
It suits you if
- you practice after work
- you want strength and core work
- you like to change style from week to week

What the classes cover
Most of the classes at sportbude are strong, and a good share focus on core and pelvic floor work. The example classes show the range: Core & More builds a stable midsection with functional strength, while Burn & Sweat is a high-energy session that gets the pulse up.
Alongside these sit calmer practices. Yin, meditation and kundalini each appear in about a fifth of the classes, along with vinyasa, Pilates and yoga.
Who teaches and how
Lisa leads the most classes here. Soul Yoga is a good example of how the studio approaches teaching: rather than fixing on one style, the class is shaped anew each week to suit what the group needs.
The studio's own website describes the space as a place for real contact with yourself, and the evening rhythm fits that. Most people arrive after work, practice for an hour and leave the day behind.
