The studio's schedule leans toward slow, restful practice: sound baths, yin yoga with crystal bowls, and yoga nidra sessions that guide you into deep relaxation. Mornings and evenings carry most of the week, so the space suits a pause before work or a quiet end to the day.

What the classes feel like
The studio's classes are mostly about calm and restoration. Sound baths, gong and bowl sessions, and yoga nidra make up much of the timetable, often guided with the body lying down. Yin yoga adds long, held poses, and a few somatic yin classes focus on noticing body sensations from the inside.
Alongside these you will find pilates, strength and joint-mobility classes, and a morning flow that moves the body gently to start the day. A creative painting class, Entspannung durch Malen, gives a quieter way to settle into the space.
How the week runs
Morning and evening classes each account for about a third of the schedule, with the earliest start at 8:30am and the latest at 7pm. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday hold the most classes across the week. Midday and weekend slots are fewer, so an early start or an evening session is usually the easiest way in.
Most classes run about 45 minutes, which fits neatly around a working day. Longer sessions of an hour or more are available for pilates, yin and the walking class.
