What is practiced here
neue wege gehen offers yoga as its core practice, with most classes built on flow. Alongside the flowing classes there are sessions focused on mobility and stretch, and a series called Rückenzeit that brings together gentle movement, back school and yoga for people who want to give their back attention. The classes called Calm and Release sit at a slower pace.
Some sessions use live music, which gives the evening a particular atmosphere. The studio also offers Einfach Happy Yoga, a class built around community, personal well-being and a cheerful mood.
The shape of the week
Most of the week is taught in the evening, with classes starting between 6pm and 7pm. Thursday, Tuesday and Wednesday are the days when the most classes are held. Christiane leads the largest share of the classes, and a small group of other facilitators teaches the rest.
The classes are taught in German and run about 75 minutes. The studio is a good fit for people who can practice after work and prefer a calm, grounded session over an intense one.
