What the studio teaches

Yoga is the main thread of the studio, and most classes sit within it. Vinyasa is the most common style, with flowing sequences that link breath and movement. Alongside it sit Yin & Relax, which asks you to hold positions quietly for several minutes, and Yoga x Pilates, which works the deep core and builds stability.

Several classes focus on specific needs. Morning Flow combines strength with mobility, Rise & Shine and Deep Flow are more dynamic, and Core and pelvic floor, Joints and mobility, and Breathwork appear regularly across the week.

The shape of the week

The evening carries most of the schedule, with the busiest start times at 6:30pm and 5:30pm. Mornings begin at 9:30am and give a steady share of classes before the day gets going. Friday, Monday and Wednesday are the busiest days, and weekends have a smaller but regular set of classes.

Most classes last 75 minutes, which gives enough time to warm up, work through the main sequence and settle at the end.
