What a week looks like

The studio runs a short, focused schedule of about ten classes over four weeks. Reformer Pilates is the anchor, with Reformer - Full Body as an example class, and mat Pilates runs alongside it in classes such as Mat Pilates - Moravia. Sculpt classes add a more energetic, strength-led option, including Sculpt - BILLS MAFIA BURN.

Most classes take place before 9am, with the earliest starts at 5:15am. A smaller group of classes starts in the late afternoon and early evening, and the latest start is 6pm. Core and pelvic floor classes appear less often, but they are part of the mix.

How the classes are taught

Strong and strength-focused classes make up a large share of what is on offer, while pilates and core-focused work fill out the rest. The studio does not run a midday class, so mornings and early evenings are where most of the practice happens. Classes are typically 50 minutes, and shorter 45-minute sessions are also on the schedule.

The small group of facilitators gives the studio a steady, familiar feel, with Abigail Love and Grace Wasileski teaching the largest number of classes.
