Yoga is the core of the studio, with more than half of the classes falling into that practice. Yin and restorative classes appear often, along with vinyasa, gentle yoga and morning slow flow. Pilates shows up in a few forms, including Pilates Fusion, Yogalates and Barre Blend. Meditation and yin and meditation give the schedule a quieter side.
How the week runs
Most of the classes fall in the morning, and the earliest starts begin at 8am. Evening classes make up about a third of the schedule, and the latest start is at 6pm. Who leads the classes
Erin Schillace, Marie Sadusky, Mary Waldron, Jake Panasevich and Kara Slayton teach the most classes, and about ten facilitators lead the schedule in total. The studio is small, and most of its classes are an hour long, so a single visit gives a clear sense of how a session runs.
