How the week runs
Most classes here start in the morning, with the earliest at 5:45am and the busiest starts around 9am, 10:15am, 10:30am and 11:15am. A smaller group of classes begins in the evening, with the latest start at 6:30pm. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday carry the most classes across the week.
Most classes last about an hour, which gives time for a full session. Shorter options such as Balance at 15 minutes and STRETCH CLASS at 30 minutes make it easy to add a brief practice to a busy day.
What is taught here
Pilates and yoga lead the schedule, with Pilates Sculpt, Cycle Gauges and Cross Training showing up alongside them. Strength and mobility classes, including Forever Strong, Group Power and stretch work, make up a steady share. Gentle Yoga and Aqua Fitness offer slower options, and qigong and tai chi round out the range.
The studio also offers yin, vinyasa, barre and alignment-based classes, though these appear less often. Its roughly two dozen facilitators bring a range of approaches, so a newcomer can find a class that matches their pace.
