Yogacreatives sits in Granite Bay, in a suite on Village Center Drive, and its schedule leans toward the morning. Much of the week begins early, and the heated classes are a defining part of the place: infrared sessions at 85 and 95 degrees sit alongside vinyasa, slow flow and yin. What the classes are
The studio's classes are built around heat and flow. Infrared classes, taught at 85 and 95 degrees, make up about a third of the schedule, next to sweat-focused sessions like infrared yoga sculpt and O M G B O O T Y. Vinyasa flow, free flow vinyasa and slow flow appear regularly, with slow flow offered at both 75 and 85 degrees.
For a quieter pace, yin yoga is on the schedule in both 60- and 75-minute versions. Restorative and calm classes make up a smaller share, and the strength-minded SLOW BURN class adds optional light static weights to a slow flow practice.
