What the classes are
Yoga makes up more than half of the classes at Mind Garden, and it moves between several styles. Restorative, yin and hatha lean toward slow holds and steady breath, while vinyasa and slow flow bring more continuous movement. Yoga in the Garden offers a different setting for the same kinds of practice.
Beyond yoga, the schedule includes guided meditation, pilates on the mat, and prenatal yoga in the classroom. A few classes pair movement with gong, bowls or sound bath, so there is room to try something more meditative alongside a flow class.
How the week runs
Most classes start in the evening, with about half of the schedule falling after 5pm, and 7pm is one of the most common start times. Mornings are also well represented, with about a third of classes starting earlier in the day and a fifth before 9am, the earliest at 6:30am. Midday classes are fewer, and weekends make up only about one in ten.
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday are the busiest days. Classes tend to run about an hour, with a few shorter sessions of 45 minutes for meditation and pilates. No passes are needed to attend.
