The classes and styles on offer
The studio has a clear focus on yoga. Hatha Yoga offers slow, mindful movement, precise postures and breath control, and Yoga Flow, also known as Vinyasa, moves more energetically while building strength and mobility. Yoga Strong adds weights for people who want to bring muscle-building into their practice.
There is also a considered set of classes for bodies that need more care. Gentle Strength Yoga and Chair yoga are designed for people who find floor work hard, and Yoga Chill is a deeply restful class for unwinding physically and mentally. Yoga & Pilates Fusion and a few Mat Pilates sessions bring in core and balance work.
Choosing a class and a time
Most of the week's classes start in the morning, with the earliest at 7:30am. Evenings are the other busy window, and the latest class begins at 7:45pm. Classes are typically an hour long, with 45 Min Morning Yoga the shortest option for a quick start to the day.
If you are new, a gentle or all-levels class is the easiest place to begin. Lesley Muir leads the most classes, so their sessions are a good way to get a feel for the studio's approach.
