🧘♀️ Warm Yin Yoga Warm Yin Yoga is a mindful, slower-paced practice designed to bring balance and deep recovery to both the body and mind. Performed in a moderately warmed room, this class allows you to gently melt into stillness, promoting a profound release of tension. We move through a series of supported Yin yoga postures, held for extended periods (typically 3-5 minutes), to target the body's deeper connective tissues—the fascia, ligaments, and joints. The warmth helps the tissues become more pliable, allowing for a deeper, yet still sustainable, stretch. Expect to: Release deep-seated tension and stiffness in areas like the hips, spine, and shoulders. Calm your nervous system through stillness and extended holds. Improve joint mobility and flexibility. Cultivate mindfulness and inner peace. This practice is the perfect counterpoint to more active, 'yang' exercises, leaving you feeling recharged, realigned, and deeply nourished.
