What a week looks like

Strength and strong classes make up most of what RUH offers, with each kind covering about half of the week's sessions. Define Sculpt and Define Mat are the classes that appear most often, both running for an hour. The studio also offers themed sessions, such as a Halloween edition of the Forbidden Flow.

The rhythm of the week is clear. Most classes start in the evening, with 6:30pm, 5:30pm and 7:30pm among the most common start times. Mornings are present too, with about a third of classes starting before noon and a small number beginning as early as 8am. Monday, Wednesday and Saturday are the busiest days.

Who leads and when to come

Janelle Louissaint and Shian Long lead the largest share of classes at RUH, and the studio works with a handful of facilitators overall. That keeps the teaching consistent from one session to the next.

RUH runs a handful of sessions on weekends, about a fifth of its classes, so a Saturday visit is a good option for anyone whose weekdays are full. None of its classes are taken on a pass, so each session is booked individually.
