What the classes are
Barre is the style you will meet most often here, with its low-impact sculpting work for the arms, core, glutes and legs. Yoga comes next, with vinyasa and power yoga leading the yoga timetable. Smaller parts of the schedule include restorative and yin sessions, meditation and breathwork, along with strength, dance and cycling.
The studio also runs classes like FlowYoga Fusion, which moves through vinyasa, power and restorative work in one hour, and FlowBarre Cardio, which adds short bursts of cardio to the barre format.
How the week runs
Morning and evening starts share most of the timetable, and a smaller number of classes run at midday or before 9am. The weekend has a fair share of classes too. Monday, Wednesday and Thursday are the busiest days, so those are often the easiest times to find a place in a class.
Most classes last around 50 minutes, which fits well into a lunch break or an evening after work. Facilitators include Elizabeth Kasper, Aryn Cooper and Danielle Nezer, among a larger group who share the teaching.
