What you can practice
Pole-based styles lead, including flex appeal, straddle school, exo basics and sexy basics, which many sessions list as beginner-friendly. Pilates, floorwork, conditioning and core and pelvic floor classes offer a different pace, and a handful of strength classes sit alongside them. A fifth of the timetable is gentle and about one in ten is marked for joy.
The studio also runs trivia nights and an orientation, so there are ways to meet the space before committing to a full class.
