A broad mix of practice
The centre keeps a wide range of practice on its timetable. Yoga and Pilates appear alongside Barre, strength, HIIT and cardio intervals, and there are also classes built around core and pelvic floor work, mobility and stretch. Gentler options such as Yin, Restore and Calm sit next to more energetic classes like Zumba and Strong.
For someone starting out, Yoga Flow, Pilates and Tonus Musculaire are a reasonable place to begin. Many classes are marked as suited to first-time practitioners, so it is easy to try a few styles before settling on what feels right.
How the week runs
Classes are spread across the day. Mornings carry a good share of the schedule, with a lot of activity around 8am, 9am and 10am, and noon is one of the busiest start times. Evenings also have a steady presence, with the last class beginning at 7:45pm.
Most of the week's classes run through Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, which tend to be the fullest days. Weekends have a smaller but still meaningful set of classes, so there is room to practice then too.
