Yoga, Pilates and strength
Yoga is the backbone of the schedule, making up about a third of classes. The styles range from gentle Yin Yoga and Restorative sessions to Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Power Yoga and Ashtanga. Yin Yang Yoga and Hatha also appear, so a practitioner can move between slower and more energetic work within the same studio.
Alongside the yoga, Pilates and strength have their own place. Pilates, Pilates Sculpt and Core and pelvic floor classes focus on the body's center, while Circuit Force and Interval Training bring a more demanding pace.
How the week runs
Mūv's classes cluster in the morning, with more than half of them running before noon and the earliest at 7am. The busiest start times are around 9:15am and 9:30am, and evenings bring a second wave, with 5pm and 6pm among the popular starts. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday carry the most classes.
The classes are led by a couple of dozen facilitators. Raphael Tyrrell, Émilie Massé and Gaby Morency teach among the most classes, and Sherry Owen, Jennifer Dicaire and Kendra Bertin are also regular names on the timetable.
