What the studio teaches
The studio's timetable leans heavily toward Pilates. About half of the classes are Pilates, and about half are reformer sessions, which use the machine to shape each movement. Pilatika also offers Strong, a class that a little under a third of the schedule focuses on, and a set of Burn and Push classes, each available heated or not.
Every class in the listings runs for an hour, so each session has a steady, predictable length. Classes start as early as 6am and as late as 8pm.
How the week is shaped
About half of the classes take place in the morning, and a fifth start before 9am. Midday and evening sessions each make up about a fifth of the week. Classes are busiest on Thursday, Monday and Tuesday, and most often begin at 8am, 9am, 10am or 11am.
Weekend classes make up about a fifth of the schedule, so a visitor on a weekend trip has several options to choose from.
