Lagree Core DDO is a studio in Dollard-des-Ormeaux, on Boulevard des Sources, built around the Megaformer. Most of the schedule is strength-based work on the machine, with cycle classes and themed sessions through the week. Classes start early in the morning and run into the evening, so the timetable suits both early risers and people who train after work.

The Megaformer and the cycle
Most of the classes at Lagree Core DDO are built around the Megaformer. Megaformer Full Body sessions run around 55 minutes and move through the whole body, with variations like Megaformer Full Body: XXTRA CORE and Megaformer Full Body: BOOTY BURN giving a different focus each time.
Core Cycle 50 is the studio's second main style, a timed ride that mixes hills and strength with themed editions such as HILLS & STRENGTH and Throwback Thursday, which plays hits from the 90s.
When the classes run
Classes at Lagree Core DDO start as early as 7am and run as late as 7pm. Most of the schedule falls in the morning, and busy start times cluster around 9am, noon, 6pm and 7pm. Thursday, Friday and Saturday are the days with the most sessions.
For a first visit, Intro to Megaformer is the class designed to introduce the machine, and the studio's first-class-ever sessions are a gentle way in.
