A studio with an evening rhythm

AYOUGA sits at Traubinger Straße 14 in Tutzing, a quieter town than Munich itself, reached from the city by train along the lake. The studio's schedule is built around the evening, when about half of its classes take place, with the busiest start times at 6:30pm and 8pm. Earlier in the day there are classes from 9am, and a middle portion of the week runs around noon and in the afternoon, with classes at 3pm and 4pm.

The studio offers a mix of yoga, including a dynamic vinyasa flow for intermediate and advanced students, alongside FORM, a full body workout that works the arms, core, glutes and legs with controlled, precise movement. Breathwork sessions run for 90 minutes, and guided meditation is paired with gentle movement to help you settle into the moment.

Pregnancy, postnatal and women's work

A large part of what AYOUGA teaches sits around pregnancy, birth and the weeks after. There is a drop-in prenatal yoga class that makes space for the pregnant body and the connection to the baby, a gentle postnatal course for strengthening the pelvic floor and core, and a midwife consultation that covers pregnancy, the postnatal period and the postnatal course. Alongside these sit a taping and acupuncture consultation and a mothers' meet-up for parents with young babies.

The women's circle HER SPACE is for women who are beginning again after a separation or divorce, offering a protected room for honest conversation and new beginnings. Some of the facilitators also work in counseling, with EMDR and systemic therapy offered as structured, careful support for difficult experiences.
