my inner sun is a holistic space in Starnberg, a short way outside Munich. Its schedule is built around the morning, with most classes starting in the first part of the day, and it leans toward meditation and yoga. Sessions are short, and the studio works with groups that keep returning, so the room has a steady, familiar feeling.

What the practice looks like
The studio's classes center on meditation and yoga, and most of them are open to all levels. Typical sessions run about 30 minutes, which makes it easy to fit a practice into a morning.
Alongside the regular practice, the studio offers the heilkreis, a voluntary, time-limited group practice held in a clear frame. Its focus is connection and inner clarity rather than technique.
Who leads and who it suits
The studio's website describes it as a holistic space, and the classes reflect that broader approach. A family and friends yoga group meets on Mondays in a fixed group that knows one another, giving the sessions a quiet, private character.
Mara leads most of the classes, and a small team of facilitators covers the rest of the week.
