Reformer and pilates from the basics up
The studio's reformer classes follow a clear progression. Level 1 introduces the basics of the exercises and the safe use of the machine at a steady pace. Beginner and all levels sessions adapt the same movements to different experience, so the class fits where you are. Level 2 deepens the foundations with more control, stability and a dynamic flow.
Alongside the reformer, the timetable includes pilates, strength, balance and core work, as well as yoga inspired reformer flow. Mobility and stretch classes and occasional meditation and breathwork sessions round out the week.
