Pilates, yoga and barre under one roof
The studio is built around reformer pilates, with reformer sculpt for those who want more resistance and reformer balance for a closer return to the classical method. Mat pilates, barre and a pilates flow class sit alongside, focusing on core, pelvic floor and control. Yoga is well represented too, from a slow, detailed yoga foundations class to the dynamic vinyasa, sunrise flow and bali flow sessions.
For a calmer practice, yin yoga runs in longer holds of around 90 minutes, and pregnancy yoga follows an iyengar approach that adjusts across the trimesters.
How the week is shaped
Morning classes make up about half of the timetable, with the busiest start times at 9:30am and 10am. The evening sessions, around 6pm and 6:30pm, form about a third of classes. Most classes last 60 minutes, though yin, yoga foundations and dynamic conditioning run for 90.
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are the busiest days, and weekend sessions are limited, making up about one in ten classes.
