What is taught
Pilates is the heart of the studio. Classes are offered in several levels, and many are labelled all levels, so people new to the practice can join alongside those with more experience. There are also sessions focused on the core and the pelvic floor, and a barre class that works with strength and mobility.
Beyond pilates, the studio has a small number of yoga classes, including a hatha session and a yoga nidra class for deep rest. Meditation and a gentle class built around sleep are offered too, for those looking for something quieter.
When classes run
Classes begin early, from 8:30am, and run through to 8:15pm. Most sessions fall in the morning and the evening, with a smaller share around midday and at weekends. Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays see the most classes, and the busiest start times cluster around late morning and the early evening.
The studio also runs a dance and fitness class of 45 minutes, and a teenagers' class from 11 years old that combines music with a full body workout on the mat.
