What the studio practices
Yoga and flow make up the bulk of what Bend offers. Flow Level 1/2 and Flow Level 2/3 give a clear sequence of movement, while Happy Hour Flow and Aerial Flow offer different takes on the same idea. Hot yoga appears as Sweat (Hot Yoga), and the studio also keeps a steady place for Yin Yoga and Kundalini.
Pilates and core work form a second thread. Mat Pilates, Core Fusion and ABC (Arms, Back, Chest) work the body in shorter sessions, and Yoga with Weights adds a layer of strength.
How the week runs
Classes at Bend start as early as 7:30am and run through to 7pm. The busiest start times are 9am, 5:30pm, 5:45pm and 6:45pm, and about half the classes fall in the morning and about half in the evening. Weekends carry a smaller share of the timetable, and midday classes are not offered.
Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday are the days when the most classes take place, so those are the easiest days to find a session that fits.
