What the classes look like

Reformer classes make up much of the schedule, and they range from multi-level sessions to classes for those with more experience. Core and pelvic floor work runs through many classes, and strength work is common too. Barre and a few mat sessions round out the practice.

The studio also offers classes that can be followed at home, such as define and melt tune up, alongside the in-studio versions.

How the week runs

Most classes start in the morning, with the earliest at 8am and the latest at 5pm. Thursday, friday and saturday carry the most classes, and weekends make up about a third of the timetable.

Most classes run about 50 minutes, with reformer sessions often closer to 45, so a session fits easily into a morning or a lunch break.
