What the studio practices
The schedule is built around strength, core and Pilates work. Pilates Sculpt, Interval Circuit, Barre Flow and Fit for Life sit alongside core and pelvic floor classes, so most visits involve working the body with some intensity. Yoga, slow flow and mobility classes provide a counterweight for those who want something less demanding.
Sound-based sessions form a smaller, distinctive part of the studio. Sound bowl Stretch, Sound bath and gong and bowl classes bring a quieter, more sensory character to the week.
How the week runs
Morning is the center of the timetable. More than half of the classes take place before noon, and the earliest start is at 5am. Tuesday, Wednesday and Monday are the busiest days, and the most common start times are 5:30pm, 4:30pm, 5am and 10:30am.
For those who practice after work, the evening classes start as late as 6pm. Weekend classes are fewer, so the weekday schedule is where most of the studio's activity sits.
