What the practice feels like
Flow carries most of the timetable. Vinyasa, intentional flow and intuitive flow appear again and again, with a steady presence of hatha and iyengar for those who prefer to slow down and work through the poses with care.
The classes range from energetic vinyasa to restore and stretch, so a practice can build up or wind down depending on what the day has asked for.
How the week is shaped
Most classes start in the evening, from 5:30pm to 6pm, which makes it a natural place to practice after work. Morning classes begin at 10:30am, and weekends offer a few more chances to practice.
Wednesday, Monday and Thursday tend to carry the most classes, so those are the days where the timetable is at its fullest.
