What the classes are
The studio's classes are mostly Pilates. Around a third are reformer classes, and a similar share focus on strength or on the core and pelvic floor. Mat work is part of the schedule too, including open gym sessions for body strengthening.
Yoga makes up a smaller share, roughly one in ten classes. Yoga flow for all levels, yoga power flow and gentle yoga are the usual choices, and they fit people who want to balance Pilates with something slower.
How the week runs
Most classes run in the morning, and the earliest start is 7:30am. Mornings are the strongest part of the week, with 9am and 10am the busiest start times. Early evening classes are fewer, with 4:30pm and 5:30pm the most common starts, and the latest class begins at 6:30pm.
Monday, Tuesday and Friday are the busiest days. Weekend classes are few, so the weekday schedule shapes most of the practice here.
