About The Yoga Studio

The Yoga Studio sits in the Ojai area and is built around flow. Most classes move through breath and sequence at a steady pace, with a set of gentler options and a few classes that focus on the back, the hips or the core. The week leans toward mornings and early evenings, with a midday class that suits a lunch break.

It suits you if

  • you like steady, breath-led flow
  • you want a class before work or after the day
  • you are looking for slower, restorative options

What the classes are

Flow is the core of the schedule, with more than half of classes built around it. Vinyasa appears in a smaller share, and Gentle Flow, Mellow Flow & Restore and Yin cover the slower end. Foundations Flow is a natural place to start for someone new to the practice.

Beyond flow, there are classes shaped around specific parts of the body. Back & Hips, Core and Flow and Yoga for Strength give a more focused session. Breath and Balance and Kundalini bring breathwork and chanting into the mix.

How the week runs

Mornings carry about half of the classes, starting as early as 8:30am, and the schedule keeps a steady rhythm through the middle of the day. Lunchtime Flow, along with classes starting near noon and 11:15am, makes the middle of the day easy to fit in. Evenings hold about a third of classes, with the latest start at 6:30pm. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday are the busiest days.

Weekend classes make up about a fifth of the schedule, so a weekend session is a practical option if weekdays are full.
