How the studio's week is shaped

Vinyasa is the style that leads here, with more than half of the classes, and the flow classes sit close behind at about half. The schedule is built for different hours of the day. The morning classes start from 6am, and the Sunrise Vinyasa class is one of the early options. Evening classes run through to 7pm, and about a third of the week falls on weekends.

Heated sessions are part of the mix: Vinyasa-Heated and All-Levels Vinyasa-Heated are the warm options, and about one in ten classes is hot yoga.

Who the classes suit

A large share of the classes are marked all levels, which makes this a practical choice for a first visit. Recovery Yoga and Slow Flow give a slower pace, and Vinyasa/Yin pairs a flowing practice with longer holds. Most classes run about an hour, so an early or after-work practice is easy to fit in.

The studio's facilitators teach a wide range of classes, and about ten people lead the schedule. Each class keeps its own name and its own pace, so it is worth reading the description before booking.
