What the studio offers

Yoga is the backbone of the timetable, and within it hatha, flow and yin all have a place. Restorative and gentle classes come up often, offering a slower pace with more time to rest in each posture. Pilates, sculpt and core and pelvic floor classes add a stronger, more focused side, and meditation and chanting sessions give the studio a quieter counterweight.

The studio also holds a few kundalini and vinyasa classes, along with combined formats such as vinyasa with yin, or gentle flow with hands-on relaxation.

When classes run

The studio's classes are spread across the week, with a larger share in the morning and a steady evening schedule. Morning classes often begin around 8:30am or 9:15am, and evening classes around 6:15pm, 7:30pm and 4:30pm. Midday classes are not part of the regular rhythm, and weekend classes make up about a fifth of the timetable.

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday are the busiest days, which makes them a good place to start if you want the most options in a single week.
