Yoga, strength and heat under one roof
Yoga is the largest part of the timetable at Evoke, with hatha yoga, power yoga and hot yoga all on offer. Hot Yoga & Tabata Fusion and Evoke Hot Yoga bring heat into the room, while Hatha Yoga: All Levels keeps things steady and accessible. The strength side is just as present, through sessions such as Strength & HIIT, Full Body Strength & Conditioning and the shorter Power Half Hour.
The studio also runs more specialist classes. Mom & Baby Fit and other postnatal options cater to new parents, while Bands and Bells - Legs Edition and Bands & Weights - Arms Edition focus on specific areas of the body.
How the week runs
Classes at Evoke are spread across the day, but mornings carry the most weight. The earliest sessions start at 5:30am, and the 8:30am slot is one of the most common start times. Midday and early evening sessions, at noon, 5:30pm and 7pm, give people a way to practice after work. The latest class begins at 7:30pm.
Weekend classes are a small part of the schedule, so most practice here happens on weekdays, with Monday, Tuesday and Thursday the busiest days.
