What the studio practices
The studio centers on pilates, and most of its classes use the reformer, the chair or the tower. Many classes focus on the core and the pelvic floor, and the strong style runs through most of the timetable. Mixed classes combine equipment, so a newcomer can try several pieces in one session.
Alongside the strong work, there is a smaller set of classes for joints and mobility and for mobility and stretch. The rehabilitative pilates class is a 45-minute session, while most others run about an hour.
How the week runs
Most classes begin in the morning, with the busiest start times at 9am, 9:30am and 10:30am. Mornings are where the week is most full, with Monday, Tuesday and Thursday the busiest days. Evening classes make up about a fifth of the timetable, with the busiest evening start at 5:30pm and the latest start at 6:30pm.
Midday classes are not offered, and weekend classes are few. The studio runs a handful of spaces, and the timetable is simple to plan around for anyone who practices before work.
