How the week runs
The timetable leans heavily toward the morning. About half the classes start before noon, and a good share begin before 9am, with the earliest session at 5:35am. Evening classes are fewer but still regular, and they run until 8pm.
Most sessions last around 50 minutes. The busiest days are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, so those are the days when the most classes are on offer.
What the classes cover
The studio's core is strength-focused training, with classes called turf, rig, hybrid training and pay day. Alongside them are pilates, yoga, core and pelvic floor sessions and a run club. Together they make a practice that mixes conditioning with more restorative movement.
Facilitators such as Christopher Skeates, Nikki Plante and Rebecca Hartmann lead many of the classes, and the wider team of a couple of dozen facilitators keeps the schedule varied.
