What the studio practices

Pure Pilates is built around Pilates. Nearly every class carries the name, and most are described as strong, with core and pelvic floor work at the center. Reformer classes are a large part of the timetable, alongside mat work with props, barre combinations and classes focused on strength.

For a newcomer the range offers a simple path. Classics classes give a clear foundation on the reformer and on the mat, while the free Pilates program and mobility and release classes work at a gentler pace.

How the week runs

The studio runs in the morning, with about half its classes starting before noon and the earliest starting at 6am. Evenings are the second busy stretch, and the latest class begins at 7:30pm. Weekends carry about a fifth of the schedule.

Classes usually run 55 minutes, with a few shorter abs and back classes and one reformer classics class at 60 minutes. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are the busiest days.
