Desk body in Uluwatu

Most of the classes are mobility, stretch and gentle yoga practices, many of them focused on the hips and joints. Almost all of them take place around midday, which makes it easy to step away from the laptop for an hour.

What to expect in these classes
The classes here are mostly built around mobility and stretch. Hips come up most often, followed by flexibility and joint mobility. Mobility Class works the hips and shoulders through active stretching and light strength work, and Stretch + Flow slows things down, holding longer poses to open the parts of the body that feel most tight.
For a more active session, Rocket is a 90-minute vinyasa practice based on the Ashtanga Primary Series, moving through standing postures, forward folds, hip openers and twists with the breath leading each transition.
When and where to practice
Classes run through the day, with more than half falling around midday and about a third in the morning. The Space Bali Yoga & Co-working Uluwatu in Bingin is where most of these classes are held, and it is a studio that also works as a co-working space, so a session can fit neatly into a workday. Sylvia, Thaiane Garrido and Brigita Bonnier are among the facilitators who lead the most classes in this collection.
The busiest days are Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, and a typical class lasts about 60 minutes.
