Conscious Connected Breathwork · Sound · Somatic Awareness · Integration Level: All Levels · No previous breathwork experience required A journey of reconnection, release and reset through breath and sound. Breath & Sound combines Conscious Connected Breathwork with gentle frequencies and sound to create space for feeling, expression and integration. We begin by arriving in the room and bringing awareness to the body and breath. From there, you will be guided into approximately 30 minutes of continuous connected breathing through the mouth. The practice can create an intense physical and emotional experience and may bring greater awareness to sensations, emotions or patterns that are present. The active breathing gradually gives way to rest. Gentle sound, vibration and stillness accompany this quieter phase, allowing time for whatever has arisen during the practice to settle and integrate. The session closes with a guided integration and a gradual return to the room. There is no particular experience you need to have and nothing you need to achieve. The invitation is simply to meet what is present with curiosity and as much openness as feels appropriate for you.How to Prepare · Please avoid eating a large meal for approximately 2 hours before the session. · Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to breathe and move freely. · If you would like to turn your attention further inward, you are welcome to bring an eye mask, scarf or another comfortable eye covering. · Otherwise, simply come as you are.
