bloom wyp studio sits in Gredlerstraße in the Leopoldstadt district of Vienna, in the 1020 postcode. Its week is built mostly around Pilates: reformer, mat and a lively range of Pilates-based classes, with yoga, stretch and slower restorative sessions alongside. Evenings and weekends carry much of the timetable, and a class over lunch lets people practice between desk hours.
It suits you if
- you want reformer Pilates at several levels
- you prefer evening or weekend practice
- you want a midday class close to work

Pilates and yoga at many levels
Most of the classes are pilates, and more than half of the timetable is built on that practice. Reformer work runs through much of the week, from the careful REFORMER Essentials, which builds alignment and core strength for people new to the machine, to REFORMER LevelUP for those ready to build on their foundations. Mat Pilates follows the classical repertoire, with an emphasis on precision, control and breath.
Alongside that sits a yoga and movement strand. Breath & Reset opens with pranayama before moving into sun salutations, and Fascia Flow works through twists, folds and transitions in the morning. Slower options such as Yin, restorative sessions and Stretch & Feel Good are there for days when the body wants less.
When people practice here
The day has a clear shape here. Morning classes start from 7:30am and sit in roughly a fifth of the timetable, while the evening carries about a third of the classes and the weekend another third. Thursday, Tuesday and Sunday are the busiest days, and the most popular start times cluster in the early evening, around 5pm, 6:15pm and 7:20pm, with a lunchtime slot at 12:30pm.
Pilates for Lunch fits into a short break, and the 30-minute REFORMER Express is built for a tight schedule. Most classes run for 55 minutes, and the studio also offers an afternoon session for women only.
