What the studio practices

The timetable leans strongly towards Pilates. Reformer classes such as REFORMER Essentials, REFORMER LevelUP and REFORMER Athletic sit alongside mat-based classes like Pilates Mat Essentials and ShapeUP Pilates, which uses light weights and resistance bands. A number of classes are marked for all levels, so you can often join without prior experience.

Outside Pilates there is a steady set of yoga and movement options. Breath & Reset opens with pranayama and moves into sun salutations, while Stretch & Feel Good and the slower Candlelight Stretch REFORMER focus on flexibility and release.

How the week runs

Classes start as early as 7:30am and run into the evening, with the most sessions between about 5pm and 7:45pm. Pilates for Lunch is a 50-minute midday option for a break from the desk. Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday carry the most classes, so these are the days with the widest choice.

For a shorter session, REFORMER Express is 30 minutes. The Afternoon Relax class, held for women only, offers a slower, breath-led session in the afternoon.

Mudralina Mindful Living: questions and answers

Are there classes in English at mudralina?

Most classes at mudralina are taught in English, and several facilitators are listed with English as a language, including Madalina, Andreea, Mini, Milica, Eleni and Tina. The rest of the timetable is in other languages, so it is worth checking the language on the class you choose.

What kinds of classes does mudralina offer?

Most of the classes here are Pilates, with Reformer sessions the most common, alongside mat Pilates, yoga, stretch classes and some breathwork. Many classes are open to all levels, and a smaller number are marked for experienced practitioners.

Where should a beginner start?

If you are new to Reformer, Reformer Essentials is built around the foundations of alignment, core strength and breath. Pilates Mat Essentials is a good starting point if you prefer working on a mat. Reformer Express is a 30-minute option if you are short on time and already have some experience.

When do classes usually run?

Classes run through the morning, midday and evening, with the most sessions in the evening and a few starting as early as 7:30am. Pilates for Lunch is a midday class made for a break from the desk. Weekends also have a good share of the timetable.
