What you practice here
The studio's program centers on reformer Pilates, offered at several levels. Beginner and Level 1 classes teach the fundamentals in small groups of up to four people. Beginner Plus and Level 2 open classes add more varied movement, standing positions and flowing sequences. Advanced reformer classes bring more body tension and refined technique for people with experience.
Alongside the reformer there is mat Pilates, which uses body weight and focuses on deep core work, controlled movement and breath. Gentle Yoga, with selected yin elements, offers a slower and quieter option for deep rest.
How the week runs
Most classes take place in the evening, and the busiest start times fall between 5:15pm and 6:30pm. Mornings and midday have fewer sessions, and the earliest class begins at 9:45am. Wednesday, Friday and Sunday carry the most classes across the week.
Classes are 60 minutes long, apart from Gentle Yoga at 70 minutes. The studio offers no passes in the listings, so each session is booked on its own.
