What the classes are
The core of the timetable is reformer Pilates. There are classes for all levels, a beginner class that introduces the basic principles and the safe use of the machine, a morning flow that wakes the body with breath and dynamic sequences, a power class that adds more intensity and sweat, and an advanced class for experienced practitioners. Reformer Pilates Jumpboard combines cardio and springing with precise Pilates work.
Off the reformer, Mat Pilates All Level blends strength, mobility and attention, and Mat Pilates Sculpt brings more strength training into a full-body session. Legs & Booty is a mat class focused on the legs and glutes. A smaller set of yoga classes sits alongside: Root & Rise Morning Yoga, Power Yoga with a new theme each hour, and the slower Relax and Rewind Yoga.
How the week runs
The week is front-loaded. About half of the classes start in the morning, and the early starts from 6:30am make the studio easy to reach before work. Many of the busiest start times fall between 8:50am and 11:10am, while the evening offers about a third of the timetable, with classes up to 7:40pm. Monday, Tuesday and Friday carry the most classes.
For the weekend, about a fifth of the classes are on Saturday and Sunday, which is a useful option if your weekdays are full. Classes are paid individually, and none of the listed classes require a pass, so you can book the session you want without buying into a package first.
