About Cycle Fusion

Cycle Fusion is a yoga studio in Morgantown, and most of its classes are built around the body rather than around a single style. The schedule mixes cycle-based work with yoga, from hot vinyasa and power yoga to restorative and gentle sessions that focus on mobility and stretch. Mornings are the center of the week here, with early starts at 5am and a steady run of classes through the morning. The result is a studio where you can build a practice that moves from strong and sweaty to slow and restful.

It suits you if

  • you like early morning practice
  • you want a mix of strong and restorative work
  • you are looking for slow mobility and stretch

What you practice here

The schedule leans on yoga in nearly every form, and within that, restorative work is the most common style, appearing in about a third of classes. Alongside it you will find mobility and stretch sessions, flexibility classes, and gentle practices that keep the pace low. For a more demanding session, hot yoga, vinyasa and power yoga appear regularly, and the cycle-based classes bring a different kind of effort into the week.

The example classes show the range clearly. Cycle Power 60 and Cycle Power 45 offer a shorter or longer push, while Cycle Stretch and Restore 60 and Restorative Yoga 60 ask for stillness and support. Hot Power Vinyasa 60 sits at the more active end.

How the week runs

Most of the schedule happens in the morning, and the earliest class starts at 5am. Many classes also begin at 7am and 9am, so the early part of the day is where most people practice. Evening classes exist but are fewer, and the latest start is 6pm. Weekends carry a noticeable share of the week, and Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday are the busiest days.

The studio works with a small group of facilitators, with Leanne DiAngelo and Jenny Dayton leading the most classes. Most sessions run for an hour, which leaves enough time to settle in before and after the practice.
