How the week is shaped

The rhythm of the week here is set by the mornings. Early starts, from 5:15am onward, fill the first part of the day, and the busiest start times fall at 8am, 9am and 10am. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday carry the most classes, so these are the days when the timetable is fullest.

Evenings have a smaller place in the schedule, with classes running as late as 7pm. Most sessions last about an hour, which makes it easy to fit one into a morning before work or a midday break.

Practices and styles

The studio's offering is built around movement that suits many bodies. Strength and strong classes appear alongside yoga, and there are dedicated options for the joints, for core and pelvic floor work, and for mobility and stretching. Qigong and tai chi also have a place in the timetable.

Aqua classes, including Aqua Fit, Aqua Splash and Aqua Fit Deep, give a different feel to the practice, with the body supported by the water. Chair yoga and the chair-based toning class offer a seated route for anyone who prefers it.
