What the classes are
Flow is the backbone of the schedule at Bryony Body, with about half of the classes built on it and a good share open to all levels. Alongside are yoga sessions such as synthesis of the soul, Pilates classes, and barre-based fusions that combine barre and yoga or barre and Pilates. For a stronger or more core-focused session, there are strong classes and core and pelvic floor work.
The studio also offers quieter options. Restorative to yin, yin to yoga nidra and quiet meditation give the week a counterbalance to the more active classes.
