The studio runs a couple of dozen classes across the week, taught by a handful of facilitators. Most classes take place in the morning, and about a third begin before 9am. The day tapers into the evening, with the latest start at 7:30pm.
Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays are the busiest days. The 10am, 6:30am and 8am starts are among the most common, so mornings suit those who want to practice before the day gets going.
What the classes are
Flow is the main energy here, with hatha and vinyasa classes making up much of the schedule. Yoga is the core practice, and each class runs about an hour.
Bootcamp with Grace and Every|Body add a different kind of session to the mix. Kate Laflin, Grace Bishop-Cavallier and Serena Sutterfield lead the most classes, and each brings a distinct pace to the room.
