What the classes are

The Zen Den offers a mix of styles. Yoga is the most common label, followed by gentle classes and restorative sessions. Yin, Flow and Vinyasa appear as well, and classes such as Kaiut, Chair Yoga and Power Hour add variety.

Most classes run about an hour. Chair Yoga is one of the shorter options at around 45 minutes.

How the week runs

Most classes are scheduled in the morning, and the busiest start times cluster between 9am and noon. A small number of classes begin before 9am, and the latest start is at 6pm. Evening and weekend sessions are fewer, so morning practice is the most reliable part of the week.

The studio runs classes across the week, with Monday, Tuesday and Thursday seeing the most activity.
