What the classes are

Most of the classes here are built around strength, core and pelvic floor work. Pilates is the most common practice, with reformer sessions at The Reform Room and Lifestyle Pilates, and strength classes at Active Wellness Center at Petaluma.

Heat is the other thread. Yoga Hell runs hot Pilates and Bikram yoga, and DOMA Studio offers heated power Pilates. Power sculpt and power yoga classes add a faster, more athletic pace.
