What the studio offers
Pilates forms the core of the timetable, with reformer classes in several levels, from a basic introduction to intermediate and cardio-focused sessions. Classic mat Pilates works on the core, posture and deeper muscles. Yoga is offered in a smaller share, through flow and hatha-based classes, a calm regeneration class and a yoga class open to all levels.
The studio also runs a morning reformer class for early risers and a children's yoga class for ages 4 to 7, so the timetable covers a range of ages and starting points.
How the week runs
The day here leans toward the evening, with many starts between 4pm and 7pm. A smaller group of classes begins in the early morning, and the latest class starts at 8:10pm. Weekend classes make up about a fifth of the timetable.
Around ten facilitators lead the classes, with Esra, Dany, Yeliz and Isabell among those teaching the most. Classes run 50 or 60 minutes and are taught in German.
