What the classes are
The classes at LiveWell4Life lean toward strength and energy. Strong classes and strength work make up about a third each of what is on, and BodyPump, StrengthFit, FitBox and Kick It Fusion are the names that come up most. Power Combo mixes strength, cardio and flow in one session, which suits people who want a varied hour rather than a single style.
Yoga, Pilates and restorative classes give the timetable a slower side. Yoga Restore runs 45 minutes and is the class to look at for a calmer session, and Pilates HIIT and Spin and Core bring in more core and pelvic floor work. Yoga and restorative classes each make up about a fifth of the week, so they are a real part of the schedule rather than an afterthought.
How the week runs
Most classes run in the morning, with about half starting before 9am. The earliest start is 6am, and the busiest start times are 6am, 7am, 9:15am and 10am. Evening classes are fewer, about a fifth of the week, and the latest start is 6:30pm. Midday and weekend sessions are not part of the timetable, so the week is built around getting a class in before the working day.
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays carry the most classes. Most sessions run about 45 minutes, and the shorter 40 minute classes are usually the more intense combinations. Jen and Kim lead the largest share of the timetable, so their classes give a good sense of the studio's style.
