Most of its classes are in the morning, many of them before 9am, and the schedule runs through the week with a clear lean toward weekdays. What the studio offers

Ritual Studio sits at 311 Church Street in Stratford. The studio offers a couple of dozen classes across a handful of studios, with the typical class running 60 minutes. Flexibility makes up about a fifth of what is on, and strength, strong, mobility and stretch, yoga, restore, yin and calm each have a smaller share.

The mix reflects a studio that brings together movement, strength and stillness. Spin and strength and conditioning appear alongside yin yoga and vitality, so a visitor can build a practice across the week rather than sticking to one style.

How the week runs

Most classes start in the morning, and about a third begin before 9am, with the earliest start at 7am. The busiest start times are 7am, 10am, 10:30am and 5pm. Monday, Wednesday and Friday carry the most classes, and weekends hold only a small share.

In the evening, about a fifth of the classes run, with the latest start at 6:30pm. Anyone planning a regular practice here will find the early-morning slots the most consistent part of the week.
